(the “Investment Manager”) is a Bermuda exempted company with limited liability licensed to conduct investment business and insurance management for its Markel CATCo affiliates and is regulated by the Bermuda Monetary Authority. Appointed by the Board of Directors, the Investment Manager has been retained by Markel CATCo Reinsurance Fund Ltd. and related segregated accounts to manage and invest their respective assets.
